Terms of Service
The rules that govern how brands and content creators use Kolab.

Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on Kolab, you accept these terms of service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
Description of the service
Kolab is a platform that connects brands and content creators for paid collaborations: profile discovery, direct orders, open campaigns, a shared deal room, fund escrow, and automatic contract and invoice generation. Kolab is not a party to the commercial agreements between brands and creators beyond the technical and financial framework it provides.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and choose the role that matches your actual use (brand or creator). An account is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
Wallet and escrow
Every brand must have a sufficient wallet balance before creating a campaign or placing an order. A campaign budget is held when the campaign is created; for a package order, funds are held when the creator accepts the order. Funds are released to the creator only once a deal is marked completed, after the platform fee is applied. Creator withdrawals are never instant: they go through a request processed manually by our team.
Campaigns, orders, and deals
Every deal follows a number of revision rounds set in advance on the relevant package or campaign; a brand cannot request more revisions than that number. A deal only closes once the creator marks the work as delivered and the brand confirms satisfaction. In case of disagreement, either party may submit a report so an administrator can review the deal — Kolab does not intervene outside of this process.
Content and conduct
You agree to provide accurate information on your profile and statistics, to communicate respectfully in the deal room, and not to use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes. Kolab reserves the right to suspend any account that fails to meet these commitments.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its own content (profile, portfolio, deliverables). By entering into a deal, the creator grants the brand the right to use the agreed deliverables within the limits set by the deal's terms. Kolab claims no ownership over content exchanged between brands and creators.
Termination
You may stop using Kolab at any time by contacting us to request that your account be closed. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, including in cases of fraud or abusive behavior toward another user.
Limitation of liability
Kolab provides the technical and financial framework for collaborations but is not responsible for the quality of work delivered by a creator, nor for a brand's compliance with commitments made outside what is explicitly handled by the platform (escrow, revision rounds, reports). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through our support team falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tunisia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms of service to reflect changes to the platform. The last-updated date at the top of this page is refreshed with each change; continued use of Kolab after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Payment methods and fees
Payments and wallet top-ups are processed through the Flouci payment provider using the methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, and available electronic payment methods. The summary distinguishes the HT amount, applicable VAT, fees, and TTC total. Flouci's terms state 1.3% HT for a national card, 3.0% HT for an international card, and 2 TND HT for a bank transfer; any amount charged to the payer is displayed before confirmation. Kolab never asks a payer to share card details inside the platform.
Delivery and service execution
Kolab does not sell physical products. The services are digital content-creation and collaboration services. The creator delivers the agreed items in the deal room within the timeframe stated in the package or campaign. The brand may request the included revision rounds before confirming delivery. Messages, deliverables, and confirmations remain attached to the deal to support tracking and dispute resolution.
Cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds
A pending order may be cancelled before acceptance, with no funds held. After acceptance, cancellation or a refund depends on the deal status and work already completed; funds still held may be refunded to the brand when the deal rules allow it. Because the services are digital, there is no physical product return or exchange. Requests are handled through the deal room or reporting procedure after reviewing the deal record.
Complaints and dispute resolution
The parties must first use the deal-room messaging to try to resolve a disagreement. If no agreement is reached, either party may submit a report from the deal; the deal is then frozen and an administrator reviews the available evidence. Information available before payment
These terms, the privacy policy, and our contact information are publicly available before any payment through the website footer. A link to these terms is also shown in the wallet top-up dialog before redirecting to Flouci.
